Market context
In Florida, plastic surgeon opportunities are typically competitive because employers look for board certification, an active unrestricted license, and several years of experience, along with the physical stamina to assist patients and stand for long periods. Benefits like medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and paid holidays can help a role stand out, but fit still depends on scope and practice setting.
