What You’ll Do
Evaluate, plan, and deliver effective occupational therapy treatments in accordance with state practice guidelines.
Provide direct care to adult and geriatric patients in post-acute, long-term, and transitional care settings.
Collaborate with team members to develop individualized care plans and achieve positive outcomes.
Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy goals, techniques, and progress.
Provide appropriate supervision and guidance for Occupational Therapy Assistants.
What You’ll Bring
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Active (or eligible) Iowa Occupational Therapy license.
Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Professional judgment and problem-solving ability.
A passion for helping others achieve their best quality of life.
