Baptist Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Master’s Level Social Worker (Social Worker II) to join our team.
This is a Full-Time, Day Shift opportunity working at our Baptist South campus.
In this role, you will be a key member of an interdisciplinary care team, working to improve overall well-being by addressing the psychosocial needs that impact patients' lives.
The focus is on reducing barriers to care and easing the burden of medical conditions through emotional support, education, and resource connection.
