The LPN will supervise nurse aides and provide direct nursing care to registrants while ensuring their safety and well-being. They are also responsible for documenting care, updating responsible parties on condition changes, and coordinating transportation.
Candidates must hold a current New York State LPN license. The role requires availability on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
