Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and professional care to residents.
• Collaborate with nursing teams to implement care plans.
• Monitor and document resident health and progress.
• Support the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Adhere to facility policies and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Eligibility to sit for NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN exam.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
