The Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist will provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy and diabetes self-management education to patients in individual and group settings. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop care plans, monitor outcomes, and document patient encounters in the electronic health record.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate RDN to provide high-quality nutrition therapy and diabetes education. This role focuses on empowering individuals and families to manage diabetes and related chronic conditions through evidence based nutrition care, education, and behavior change strategies.

$57,276.10 to $71,595.13/ annually
