Overview The Behavioral Wellness Center at Girard is seeking dependable and motivated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support a structured residential behavioral health program serving adults with serious mental illness and complex care needs. This program is designed for individuals who require a higher level of support and have not fully benefited from traditional outpatient or hospital-based services.
The program provides a highly structured, therapeutic environment focused on stability, recovery, and improving daily functioning. Residents receive integrated care through a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on dignity, consistency, and individualized treatment planning.
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a key role in supporting daily routines, reinforcing treatment goals, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment while working closely with nurses and clinical staff.
Important All new hires must be able to attend a mandatory 5-day orientation Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM before starting their schedule. Attendance is required for employment.
