$58,000 - $65,000 / YEAR
The counselor will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, and develop individualized treatment plans. They will also coordinate care with medical staff and external providers to support long-term recovery and crisis intervention.
Candidates must hold a current Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) credential and have at least 2,000 to 4,000 hours of supervised work experience. Proficiency in Electronic Health Records and knowledge of ASAM criteria are required, with higher education degrees preferred.

We are currently looking to fill a CCBHC Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC) role at our Merrionette Park office.
The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $58,000 and $65,000 annually. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level.
$2,500 Sign-on Bonus for first-time employees with MFS! ($1,250 on the first paycheck and $1,250 after 6 months of employment).
• Satisfactorily pass all relevant screenings and background checks.
• Driving for work not required with personally owned vehicle.
