The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with the Medical Director and center leadership to deliver primary and urgent care services to nursing facility residents. They are responsible for achieving center-specific clinical goals and improving patient health outcomes through compassionate care.

We are seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) provider for our Oceanside Center located in Hampton, NH.
This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

The base salary range for this position is $112,320 - $128,960 / year, in addition to our no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with current state licensure and NCCPA or equivalent certification. A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
