Our Patients Drive Us Personalized, patient-centered care in a warm, welcoming environment We value time in patient care, maintaining appropriate and optimal caseloads with emphasis on quality patient care Job Overview & Work Site What You’ll Treat As part of our outpatient team, you’ll work with patients across a wide range of upper‑extremity diagnoses, from post‑surgical hand and wrist cases to complex orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, and hand. In addition, we need additional team members to improve patient access to treatment for lymphedema. Our patient population within this specialty consists primarily of cancer survivors, post-trauma, chronic venous insufficiency, or post-surgical patients with lymphedema, as well as individuals at risk. We believe great therapy happens when clinicians have the time, autonomy, and resources to do their best work. That’s why we offer manageable caseloads, collaborative support, and mentorship for our newer clinicians.
