Starting Pay

$22.73 per hour

Lasata Senior Living, owned and operated by Ozaukee County, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. AVAILABLE SHIFTS • AM Shift

  • 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
  • PM
  • Shift: 2:15pm- 10:45p,
  • 20–40 hours per week
  • Must be available to work every other weekend and every other holiday
  • Pool (PRN) positions are not available at this time
  • Shift premiums
  • $2.00/hour shift differential PMS
  • Additional $2.00/hour weekend differential (all shifts)

Qualifications

  • Active Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Must be in good standing on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
  • Primary responsibilities
  • Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and bowel and bladder training.
  • Assist residents with meals, including serving trays, feeding assistance, and recording food and fluid intake and weights.
  • Obtain and document vital signs, reporting changes in resident condition to the nurse.
  • Assist residents with positioning, transfers, and ambulation according to individualized care plans.
  • Follow all safety procedures and infection prevention protocols.
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and other departments.
  • Accurately document resident care in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Report changes in resident condition promptly while maintaining resident confidentiality.
  • Attend required in-service training and continuing education to maintain compliance with federal and state requirements.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant certificate in the state of Wisconsin and be in good standing with the state registry. The position requires the ability to work the specified AM shift hours (6:00a-2:30p), every other weekend, and every other holiday.
