The Patient Care Technician provides direct support to patients by assisting with care needs, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a safe, clean environment. They also collaborate with the nursing team to document care, report status changes, and maintain facility standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess knowledge of medical terminology. Completion of a Basic Life Support (BLS) course is required within 90 days of employment.
