The nurse will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor client vitals while ensuring safety within a multidisciplinary team. They are responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and managing health emergencies as they arise.
Candidates must hold a valid LVN or LPT license and be at least 21 years of age. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Evolve adolescent mental health treatment and teen rehab centers, accredited by CARF and The Joint Commission, offer the highest caliber of behavioral health care for adolescents 12 to 17 years old struggling with mental health issues or substance abuse. We are looking for a part-time LVN/LPT to join our team as a weekend nurse to work 2 weekends a month Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm-8:30pm.
This is an opportunity to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team and gain experience working with teens with acute mental health and substance abuse issues. Many of our past nurses have found that this experience was helpful in pursuing an RN degree.
This is a part time, onsite position. Must be open to commuting to all our locations - La Mesa, Mt. Helix, and Encinitas.
Payrate: $33-37/hour
