The therapist will conduct intakes, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups. They are also responsible for maintaining clinical documentation, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in supervision and case consultations.

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality psychotherapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy. This role collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver integrated care, maintain ethical and clinical standards, and support meaningful, client-centered outcomes while fostering a warm, supportive therapeutic environment for the individuals and families we serve. Preferred candidates will have training in eating disorders and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Mental Health Therapist Requirements: Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field Active licensure (Licensed Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC) in the state of Connecticut Specialized training in family systems therapy and evidence-based interventions. Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families strongly preferred. Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary professionals. Must maintain or work toward valid licensure and malpractice insurance. Preferred candidates will have training in eating disorders and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
