The aim of this program is to support the novice RN to transition into the role of an ED nurse.
The Emergency Nurse Residency Program is available throughout the Atlantic Health System and the job description of positions may vary from site to site.
Non BSN graduates will be required to complete their BSN within 5 years of employment.
All participants are asked to agree to a 2-year employment commitment at AHS.
