The Radiologic Technologist performs a full scope of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures to acquire diagnostic data while ensuring patient safety. They are responsible for administering ionizing radiation, documenting medication activities, and assisting licensed practitioners in various clinical settings.
Candidates must be graduates of a Radiologic Technology specialty training program and hold Basic Life Support certification. Applicants are required to obtain ARRT-R registry within 6 months of hire and complete level 2 advancement steps within 24 months.
New graduates must obtain ARRT-R registry within 6 months of the date of hire. Applicants hired after March 10, 2024, must complete steps required for advancing to level 2 within 24 months.
