The Occupational Therapist will screen, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for nursing home residents to improve their functional independence. They are also responsible for supervising assistants, coordinating discharge planning, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program. An active state license and certification from national board associations are required.
