The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, sets measurable treatment goals, and administers diagnostic tests to determine impairment levels. They also provide clinical guidance to staff, maintain departmental standards, and ensure high-quality patient care through effective communication and documentation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and be licensed to practice in Massachusetts. Current BLS certification is required, and the Clinical Specialist role requires additional documentation of specialist certification.
