The Medical Assistant provides direct patient care under the supervision of a medical provider, including assisting with clinical procedures and managing patient intake. They also support administrative clinic operations such as scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining medical documentation.
Candidates must have 0-1 years of experience or completion of an externship program. Required certifications include a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) credential, along with Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification.
