What You Bring
Required
High School Diploma or GED

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Obtain vital signs, urine drug screens, and perform phlebotomy and specimen collection
Observe and report changes in patient condition
Support admissions, discharges, and unit orientation

Use de-escalation techniques during behavioral crises
Maintain a clean, safe, trauma-informed environment
