The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct care to residents to promote their physical and psychosocial well-being. They are responsible for conducting thorough assessments, managing medications, and documenting changes in resident conditions.
Candidates must hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Proficiency in medication management and a strong commitment to geriatric nursing excellence are required.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our nurses utilize their nursing skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
