The Medical Laboratory Scientist collects and analyzes clinical specimens across multiple laboratory disciplines to provide accurate and timely test results. This role supports physicians with reliable data to ensure high-quality patient care while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrued at approximately 17 days for the first year of employment for hourly employees and 22 days for the first year of employment for salaried employees. Retirement Plan: Up to a 3% employer match, which increases with your length of service. New employees are automatically enrolled at a 1% contribution rate (can be opted out). Term Life Insurance: 1 x annual salary term life provided by HHD, no employee premium ($200,000 Max.). Additional voluntary life insurance coverage for the employee and family is an option which can be purchased by the employee.
