The Physical Therapist will conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and independence. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide training to caregivers regarding adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
Candidates must hold a Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and possess an active Missouri Physical Therapy license. Strong communication skills and the ability to travel locally to various service locations are required.
