Seeking Registered Nurse / RN for Home Safety Assessment and Comprehensive Fall Risk Assessments

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Registered Nurse to join our team and perform Home Safety Assessments and Comprehensive Fall Risk Assessments on a PRN basis.

We offer flexible scheduling to maximize your assessments and minimize your driving time. We can work with Part Time or Full time availability and mileage is reimbursed between clients.

Requirements

• A certifications must be current and compliant with State and Federal Laws
• You must pass a required background check including all required databases under State and Federal Law
• You must pass a Drug Test or present a current Drug test result
• You must pass a TB skin test or produce a current test result
• You must pass an in-office skills assessment and complete our orientation
• You must present insurance and have reliable transportation
• Home Health Experience is desired but not required
• Minimum 1 year experience as a RN
