The Family Support Specialist delivers community-based services by developing individualized service plans and providing counseling, advocacy, and coordination for families. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, including progress notes and billing, while collaborating with various social agencies and community resources.
Candidates should have one to two years of experience in community-based family work and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data collection tools. A Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field is preferred, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Status: Part-Time Hourly
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
$18.00
Availability to work flexible hours up to 40 hours per week.
Flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, paid supervision, and training with activity reimbursement.
