The Nurse Practitioner provides primary care to participants by performing physical assessments, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions. They also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage medical outcomes and oversee care needs in various clinical settings.
Candidates must hold a Master of Science in Nursing and be a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in Missouri. The role requires at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including specific experience with the elderly population.
The Nurse Practitioner provides primary care to participants. Performs physical and periodic assessments of participants develop and implement appropriate plans of care. Provides participant and family education.
14.Participates in in-service training and staff meeting as required.
15.Performs other duties as assigned.

Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.
