Provide hands-on support and emotional assistance to individuals with mental health challenges in a residential group home setting. Responsibilities include medication monitoring, daily living skills training, and active participation in daily routines.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with major college coursework in a human service field strongly preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule.
