Provide 24/7 support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges, assisting with daily living activities and household management. Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and community integration.
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license held for at least 3 years and access to own transportation. Requires a criminal background check, drug screening, and a general physical with a Tuberculosis test.
