Cardiac Ultrasonographer

• Position Overview To ensure that Cardiology services rendered (the evaluation and treatment of patients) are completed in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner.
• Those serviced include inpatients and outpatients, UHS staff and employees, as well as affiliated UHSH community groups as needed.
• Priority is given to services which directly affect patients and supervised staff.
• Work Locations: UHS Wilson Medical Center, Johnson City, NY UHS Binghamton General Hospital, Binghamton, NY There is more than one location associated with this position.
• This is either because there are multiple openings at different sites, or the successful candidate will be required to float across multiple UHS facilities.

• Work Shift and Schedule: This is a per diem position, which means you will work on an as needed, agreed upon basis.
• Working hours will be assigned by your manager.
• Compensation Range: $37.00 - $55.50 per hour, depending on experience This position is not eligible for benefits. ----- Education/Experience Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred: Graduation from an accredited school for Cardiac Ultrasonography.
• License/Certification Minimum Required: Certification from ARDMS or CCI is required.
• CPR Certification within 3 months of hire.

Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
