About the role

The clinician will provide clinical care and support to youth, helping them develop social and adaptive skills to improve functioning within their home and community. They will also collaborate with child-serving systems and lead staff in the provision of trauma-informed, evidence-based clinical practice.

We Are Offering Flexible and Hybrid Scheduling on the Cape and Surrounding Areas, as well as a $2,000 Sign-on Bonus paid out in full after 90 days of employment for this Position!

This is the career you have been looking for! In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by working with our youth! We aim to help youth and families by allowing their voice to be heard, empowering them through psychoeducation and education related to systems, enhancing relationships and family dynamics, advocacy, validation, and breaking negative stereotypes. Serving children and young adults through age 22 who present with mental health diagnoses, our staff support clients in improving their functioning within the home and community to avoid potential hospitalizations.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

JRI provides the training so that

We will help you be responsible for the clinical care of youth while in our program, as well as coordination and support related to the needs outside of each site.

We will support you in helping youth develop the social and adaptive skills to they need to be their best selves within the structure of our program, their home, and communities by utilizing your clinical skills and knowledge to explore creative methods to support the unique needs of each child served.

We will empower you to model and lead our staff in the provision of trauma-informed, evidenced-based clinical practice.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate and work alongside a variety of child-serving systems.

Requirements

  • License-eligible, Master’s Degree in the Mental Health field preferred or a related field with commensurate experience. JRI will support you in gaining your licensure hours and testing.
  • Must have daily access to reliable, insured vehicle and active Driver’s License.
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn electronic medical record software and basic computer functions including the Microsoft Suite.
  • Clinical experience with children/adolescents is preferred.
  • Good written and oral communication skills are necessary.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
