Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop evidence-based treatment plans that maximize patient functional outcomes. Provide patient and family-centered care within a fast-paced acute care environment.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and licensure in the State of Wisconsin. Two years of prior relevant experience is preferred, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
70% FTE, 28 hours/week. 8 or 10-hour day shifts. Shifts are scheduled Monday, Thursday and Friday. Weekend Rotation and Annual Holiday Assignment per Department Policy. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
