The counselor is responsible for supervising residents, facilitating service groups, and managing the daily house schedule. They must also handle crisis interventions and maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resident screenings.
The role requires the ability to perform resident screenings and supervise self-medication under guidance. Candidates must be capable of communicating pertinent information through established reporting systems.
