The Surgical Technologist assists surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field. They also ensure equipment readiness, support room turnover, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Surgical Technology program and hold a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential. BLS certification is required, and at least one year of operating room experience is preferred.
