Job description

• Ensures that residents are provided with quality care in matters of health,\nsafety, clothing, hygiene, and meals\n• Establishes ADL routines including house jobs, room chores, wake-ups, and\nlights-out, laundry, cooking, etc.\n• Supervises individual and group activities such as trips, sporting events,\ncrafts, etc. Upholds all elements of behavior management system, including\nrestriction system, negotiations, and a repertoire of confrontation techniques\nand responses.\n• Attends to the educational/ vocational, health and mental health, etc.\n• Models positive behavior at all times while confronting negative behavior\n• Commits to the mission of the program by supporting the creation of a safe,\norderly, and caring environment\n• Complete field work as needed\n• Any other assigned tasks\n\nQualifications \n\n• High School diploma is required. • Three years’ experience working with\nadolescents.
