• You’ll Do: Deliver high-quality nursing care with warmth and empathy Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, Med Techs, Caregivers, therapists and other care team members Support residents in achieving their recovery goals Overseeing the care provided to our residents, ensuring that each individual's needs are met with empathy and professionalism. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement personalized care plans, monitor resident progress, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Qualifications: Current Washington State valid license – Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Previous experience in long-term care or nursing homes preferred. Strong knowledge of resident rights, safety regulations, and best practices in elder care. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and foster a positive work environment. Compassionate and dedicated approach to resident care.
