The physician will practice full-spectrum outpatient Family Medicine, conducting comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations. They will also develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in their specialty. Proficiency in documenting patient encounters within an electronic health record system is required.

Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, preferences, and medical history. Collaborate closely with healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately and timely in the electronic health record system.
