The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and verifying prescriptions to ensure clinical safety and appropriateness for specialty medication therapy. They also collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to monitor drug therapies and provide patient education to improve health outcomes.
Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of New York. Experience in specialty pharmacy, infusion pharmacy, or complex medication management is required.
