Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children with sensory, motor, and feeding delays. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and educate families on supporting development at home.
Requires a current California Occupational Therapy License and a minimum of two years of pediatric experience. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to implement engaging, evidence-based treatment plans.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations for pediatric clients, assessing sensory processing, fine motor skills, feeding, and ADL challenges. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each child. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (including physical therapy, speech therapy, and clinical support staff) to ensure holistic care and progress. Provide family education and training to empower parents and caregivers in supporting their child's development at home. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay updated on the latest pediatric therapy techniques and best practices. QualificationsQualifications: Current California Occupational Therapy License required. Minimum of two years’ experience working as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT), with experience in sensory processing, fine motor delays, feeding, and ADL training. Previous experience in an Outpatient Clinic setting is preferred. Strong communication skills, both with clients and interdisciplinary team members. Ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are engaging, creative, and fun for children.
