Physical Therapist Assistant

Now Seeking a Spanish-Speaking Physical Therapist Assistant We are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private outpatient clinic. In this role, you’ll help patients work through recovery plans, improve mobility, and build strength in a structured clinical setting. This position calls for someone who is comfortable working directly with patients and can communicate in Spanish when needed.

• Volume: 1 patient an hour
• Salary: $65,000-$75,000/year DOE plus full benefits

Responsibilities

Assist with treatment sessions under PT direction Lead patients through exercise programs and functional activities Observe responses to treatment and report changes Keep patient notes current and organized Support Spanish-speaking patients during visits Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Active Florida PTA license Outpatient experience preferred Spanish speaking required PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role where patient connection and clear communication matter.
