Provide compassionate, person-centered support to clients in a group home setting, assisting with daily tasks and personal goal achievement. Work collaboratively with a team to maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all residents.
Applicants must have previous experience in the disability sector, specifically with clients exhibiting strong behaviors of concern. A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum) is required, along with availability for at least 4 weekdays.

Join us as a Disability Support Worker in our welcoming group home located in Pennant Hills. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support across a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evening shifts. Our 24/7 operation ensures our clients receive consistent, quality care in a safe and supportive environment. What You’ll Do: Support clients to live fulfilling lives by assisting with daily tasks, community involvement, and skill development Encourage and empower clients to make their own decisions and pursue their personal goals Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive home environment Requirements Available for a minimum of 4 weekdays, 20-30 hours, over a variety of shifts Previous experience working in the disability sector required.
