The Case Manager will assess, plan, and coordinate services to support individuals with substance use disorders in their recovery and integration. They are responsible for providing crisis management, advocacy, and connecting clients with necessary community resources.
A Bachelor's degree in a human service field is highly preferred, with a minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED. Candidates must hold a Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant (CDCA) certification and possess a valid driver's license.

A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related Human Service field is highly preferred; minimum requirement of high school diploma or GED. Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant (CDCA) through the Ohio Professionals Board, required. Previous experience working with adults with severe mental illness and substance use disorders, highly desired. Must possess strong communication skills, both verbally and written, and work collaboratively with others on behalf of the client both within the agency and in the community. Possesses a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a driving record that is in compliance with agency insurance requirements.
