Responsibilities

  • Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
  • Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
  • Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
  • Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice). Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

About

Compensation

$72,000 - $92,000/ Year (commensurate with experience) experience) *Up to $10K in sign-on bonus available! + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match. Requirements

Candidates must be a Licensed Occupational Therapist or have the ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice. A passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care is required.
