The clinician provides telephonic or face-to-face mental health crisis triage, assessment, and intervention for patients. They are responsible for determining appropriate clinical dispositions and coordinating referrals within the healthcare system.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or be a licensed Registered Nurse. At least one year of direct mental health counseling experience is required, along with knowledge of psychiatric terminology and assessment procedures.
