The Physician Assistant will provide direct diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services under physician supervision within a cardiothoracic surgery team. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and providing patient education.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physician Assistant credentialed from the Florida Physician Assistants obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master's degree preferred.
