The Certified Medical Assistant provides basic patient care, monitors vital signs, and assists patients with daily living activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. They also support unit workflow, maintain a clean environment, and document patient care according to hospital standards.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a National Medical Assistant Certification. Additionally, AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required for this role.
