The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures independently and assists physicians during special procedures. They also provide coverage in other areas of the Radiology Department as needed.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited program with at least one year of ultrasound experience. Required certifications include ARDMS registration (or eligibility), RVT registration, and current Basic Life Support (BLS).
Ultrasound Tech - PRN (As Needed)
The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures independently and professionally. He/she also efficiently operates equipment and assists physicians during special procedures as well as maintains and improves ultrasound knowledge and skills. The Ultrasound Technologist will also provide coverage in other areas of the Radiology Department as needed. All other duties as assigned.
One (1) year of experience in Ultrasound. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong computer skills.
Graduate form an accredited program. Must be willing and able to train in ECHO, on the job training provided. Rate increase provided once certified in ECHO.
ARDMS registered (or eligible). RVT Registered. Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
$32.73 - $40.91 (depending on experience)**
