Provide direct, hands-on dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease under RN supervision. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, maintaining equipment, recording vital signs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and the physical ability to work long shifts on your feet. Candidates must be comfortable with blood and needles and be willing to float between local clinics.
Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment Set up and maintain dialysis equipment Record vital signs and patient data Educate patients on treatment and kidney health Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment Physically able to work long shifts on your feet Willing to float between local clinics if needed Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
