The CNA will provide direct care services in a clinical group living environment for clients with complex mental health needs. Responsibilities include teaching ADL and independent living skills, performing crisis intervention, and administering medication.
The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a CNA Certified Direct Care staff join our team in Belchertown, MA. We provide direct care services within a Medical Group Living Environment.
High school diploma or higher
Hold current CNA certification
Written and verbal communication skills are critical, as is the ability to work with computers.
All positions require a background screening including a CORI and motor vehicle record check.
Bilingual preferred but not required.
Ability to obtain MAP certification in order to maintain employment
