Their duties include assisting with bathing, feeding, ambulation, vital signs, and other daily activities, while ensuring accurate documentation of care provided. The CNA follows physician and nurse instructions per established policies, prioritizing residents' safety and comfort, with specific restrictions such as no mechanical lift use if under 18 years old.
