They plan, implement, and document nursing interventions, assist physicians during examinations, perform tests, and administer medications within their scope of practice. The nurse promotes resident independence through goal setting and education, demonstrating strong communication skills to manage the night shift and make critical decisions alongside other caregivers, all while adhering to the standards and mission of Adams Health Network.
